5 Questions: Saudi Arabia and women's rights, ESPN sexual harassment, American fascism + More

1. Just how much progress is Saudi Arabia making in regards to women's rights? Women in the ultraconservative kingdom will also be able to ride bikes and drive motorcycles and trucks when the controversial road ban - which forbade women from driving at all - is lifted. It's progress, but there's still a lonnggggg way to go.

2. Just how bad is ESPN's sexual harassment problem? Well, it's certainly not good.

3. What will the ripple effect of America's continuing descent into fascism be? Trump has banned the words “entitlement,” “diversity,” “transgender,” “foetus,” “evidence-based,” “science-based,” and “vulnerable" from Centers for Disease Control - the government department responsible for public health - documents. The darkness is deepening.

4. Why are women journalists in rom-coms so often depicted as "trainwrecks?" It's not ok.

5. Planning on visiting the US anytime soon? New rules for visitors from "visa-free" countries are being introduced - including New Zealand.
