1. Is #MeToo the transformative moment of our generation? About 2,000 women working in Sweden's music industry have signed an open letter, American broadcaster Charlie Rose has been fired, and several more US politicians have been accused of sexual harassment and assault. Meanwhile, 60 per cent of women voters in the US have experienced sexual harassment, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released on Tuesday.

2. Why has Russia been covering up a major radiation leak? And is there a chance there could be others?

3. Can we talk about the need to end violence against women and girls? The UN is launching 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, a global campaign taking place from Nov. 25 to Dec. 10 that seeks to put an end to violence against women and girls.

4. What's next for Zimbabwe after Mugabe? He may be gone after 37 years in power, but we just don't know.

5. Can pole dancing empower women in countries not known for championing women's rights? It can in Egypt.
